The Agronomy Plant & Fertilizer Operations Lead is responsible for excellent customer service, accurate and timely loading and unloading of products, inventory counts and control, equipment, plant, and grounds maintenance along with the support of other plant personnel. The Agronomy Plant & Fertilizer Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining and operating the chemical plant, warehouse, fertilizer plant, and anhydrous ammonia facilities at the location. Keeping safety in mind at all times while performing these operations is essential. Assisting the location manager and in other locational operations as needed. Customer Service
