Soli Organic Soli Organic is seeking a passionate Grower to join their team in Sherman, TX. Under the direction of the Head Grower, the Grower is responsible for ensuring crops are grown optimally and on time to meet internal specifications. This person will be detail-oriented, driven by challenge, and successful in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires an energetic, motivated, and self-actualized individual that demonstrates leadership. This person will have the opportunity to take ownership of his/her area and cross-train with other teammates in the area to become more valuable for SGI and provide support as needed. At Soli Organic, we want to change the way people access organic, sustainable, and affordable food by revolutionizing what nature does best: growing healthy, flavorful plants. We take what we know about the biology of growing the best produce, and then use technology to optimize nature’s processes. We do all of this in our proprietary, USDA-certified organic, soil-based, indoor system.
