RC&A Hart Farms Company Profile

RC&A Hart Farms is a 3rd generation family farm located in Elgin, MN just twenty miles northeast of Rochester, MN. We predominantly raise corn and soybeans with some contracted acres consisting of sweetcorn and peas. Our family is proud to say we are a progressive operation always learning and keeping opportunities open for growth. We are looking for a self-starter who shares our passion for farming, advancing sustainability, and improving the operation for future generations.
