Position at Pilgrim's

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Haul Clerk for our Moorefield, WV Complex. This position is responsible for all clerical work, and reports to the Live Operations Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Payroll time cards.
  • Log attendance records.
  • Driver’s inspection report.
  • Tentative kill schedules.
  • Attend foreman’s meeting.
  • Monthly data reports.
  • Trip reports.
  • Enter Trucks in MTech daily
  • Back-up for Entering Kill schedule in MTech
  • Attend driver’s meetings.
  • General Clerical & Housekeeping Duties
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • AI & Pesticide Clearances
  • Back up for other Live Production Area (as needed)


BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years related experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience in SAP preferred.
  • Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.
  • Must be organized and detail minded.
  • Must have customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette
  • Confidentiality a must.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Must have High School Diploma or GED.
