Colleague Experience Technical Analyst - GT Colleague Experience Team

This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

The GT Colleague Experience Team works across our IT teams to foster engagement through meaningful development activities. We analyze survey data and incorporate that feedback into training classes, org designs and operating model enhancements.

We are bringing new capabilities to ADM and are in search of curious, creative, and engaging team members who enjoy working with end users and standing up something from scratch. We want to enable our technology colleagues to make decisions quickly and accurately and understand how to navigate our expansive environment. This position works directly with our IT Management team to provide a resource for their team's Performance Management. Job Responsibilities:
  • On-Boarding and New Hire Analysis
  • Build analytics to gauge the success of our New Hire processes
  • Review and analyze results, sharing them with the Head of Colleague Engagement and our GT HR Partner.
  • Orientation and on-going Employee Development
  • Build analytics using Azure and PowerBI to gauge the success of our Orientation and Employee Development.
  • Continue to improve our Career Navigator using Microsoft Power Automate, partnering with other teams to look for technology improvement opportunities, and interviewing users for feedback.
  • Recruiting & Colleague Metrics
  • Maintain analytics in PowerBI on candidates and recruiting process.
  • Partner with HR Analytics team to obtain, secure, and report on appropriate data incorporating changes as the organization evolves.
  • Develop and maintain Manager Metrics, securing using row level security to ensure managers can see only their own data.
  • Share monthly insights with Talent Acquisition teams, HR, Colleague Engagement, and Chief Technology Officer via PowerPoint.
  • Employee Communications and Recognition
  • Maintain Sharepoint intranet site with interesting, relevant content.
  • Ensure that all links are active and reports are updated on the Site.
  • Manage permissions for all resources across the Site.
  • Create connections between PowerBI reporting, Sharepoint sites, Teams sites, and Teams Channels so that we have a seamless, integrated, communication platform.
  • Ways of Working / Operating Model
  • Develop and maintain analytics in PowerBI to support all facets of our operating model.
  • Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders (leaders from Security, Application Development, PMO, etc.), develop wireframes, test and deploy code to support the analytics.
  • Analytics will be sourced from a variety of applications within Global Technology.

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities
  • Working knowledge of editing in Sharepoint, developing Power BI solutions, developing Power Apps.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Organizational Behavior, or 2-5 years of equivalent experience in an office environment

This position will require on-site time in the Erlanger office as directed by the team.
