Job Description The receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Answer and transfer incoming calls Data entry Process invoices Receive, direct and relay fax messages Provide additional clerical assistance as needed Oversee the general appearance of the lobby Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail Greet guests entering the office and ensures proper escort is done to access the facility Qualifications Specific knowledge/qualities required to satisfactorily perform the function of the job includes: Ability to conduct business with civility and courtesy Effective verbal and listening communication skills Time management skills Great telephone etiquette Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma Bilingual in English/Spanish 1+ years of front desk experience -Pay Range: $17/hr. - $18/hr., and may include a discretionary bonus.
