Our Agricultural Plastics Division is committed to enhancing the prosperity of the growers we serve with the goal of providing solutions that help sustainably feed a growing population across the world.

We’re hiring an Account Manager to join our team in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States. In this role, you will service an existing book of business, prospect for new business, and generate sales strategies for our full line of crop packaging products.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing an existing book of business.
  • Maintaining and fostering client relationships.
  • Identifying potential clients and pursuing sales opportunities to drive growth.
  • Providing customer support and post-sales service.
  • Conducting product trials and market research.
  • Providing timely reports and feedback to sales management.
  • Traveling for customer visits, attending trade shows and events, and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Collaborating with customer service, operations, and office administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a degree in a non-agriculture discipline with a significant industry background or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Feed Management/Nutrition or Agriculture Machinery/Equipment.
  • Experience generating pull-through sales working alongside distributors and dealers.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and US Passport or ability to obtain.
  • Computer software proficiency – primarily MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% with periodic training visits to Spain.
