Company Description

Landmark Vineyards and Lewis Cellars have an internship opportunity available for the 2024 growing season and harvest, from late June through late October. We are seeking a Vineyard Tech Intern for Harvest 2024!

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking, and a detail-oriented person with a passion for agriculture and learning. This will be an opportunity to work directly with Landmark's and Lewis's Grower Relations Managers, Winemaking Teams, and with many of the top growers in Napa, Sonoma, Monterey, and Santa Barbara Counties which we source grapes from. You will also be responsible for monitoring maturity at our Estate Vineyards in Napa and Sonoma Counties. You will experience the nuances and growth characteristics of Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc with Lewis Cellars and Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir with Landmark. You will learn all viticultural aspects of the quick-paced, day-to-day operations that come with tracking veraison dates to assisting with crop estimates.

The internship duration is from late June (6/24/24) through late October ending the internship at Lewis Cellars as the Napa Cabernet harvest is completed. This is a full-time, 40-50 hrs/week, hourly-paid internship position.
