Position Title: HR Specialist - Appleton Position Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: Appleton Requisition ID:28889 We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Appleton Wisconsin! McCain Food's facility in Appleton Wisconsin is a large-scale food processing plant, employing approximately 500 employees. This site specializes in the production of jalapeño poppers and other appetizers. Fun Fact: the jalapeño popper was trademarked at this site! Position Summary: As the successful candidate, you will provide HR oversight in support of the Winning Culture Strategy. You will recommend process improvements, provide project leadership, and metrics oversight that allows for monitoring trends against key HR measures and market labor conditions. The HR Specialist provides expert support in four main areas leveraging knowledge of local / regional / cultural people practices:
