Plastika Kritis was established in 1970. We are one of the leading European producers of masterbatches and agricultural films. We have a strong international orientation with plants in Greece, France, Romania, Poland, Turkey, and China and exports to 90 countries around the world.

We’re hiring a Sales Manager - North America to work with distributors to market and sell our line of greenhouse and agricultural films. You will be servicing the existing book of business while identifying potential clients and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Travel up to 60-65% is expected. This role reports to the Director of Business Development & Strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the greenhouse sector.

We offer a competitive salary with medical insurance coverage, 15 days of paid vacation, coverage of work-related expenses, a company car or car allowance, and full training at our European headquarters. Pay is dependent on experience, ranging from $110-180,000 annually.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities in the greenhouse industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our greenhouse supplies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Uphold the company's values and reputation by maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.


This job is for you if you have:
  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Representative, preferably in the greenhouse industry.
  • Preferably, in-depth knowledge of greenhouse products, equipment, industry trends and key players.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience generating pull-through sales working alongside distributors and dealers.
  • Experience working with marketing departments and agencies to create promotional material (sell sheets, brochures, ads, etc).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
