Position Purpose

Cargill is embarking upon broad Transformation initiative to drive savings and value across the business in a structured and disciplined manner. The Transformation Results Delivery Lead position is responsible for supervising a subset of the Transformation specific to Regional value drivers managed in a Transformational approach, establishing a cadence of execution, and rapid results delivery to drive cost improvements and revenue growth. The Results Delivery Lead and support team, will work with businesses to deploy capability, establish clear targets across the workstreams, and ensure a cadence and high capability to execute urgently are established an operational. This position will work with functional and business leads across the region to establish critical capabilities, talent, mindset and performance management capabilities. The position is intended to have a duration of up to 36 months as we integrate this capability and mindset into our businesses.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Partner with Transformation Management Office (TMO) and business specific ACI lead to assure value delivery associated with ACI process goals.
  • Aligns with the Regional Leadership Team on business priorities for the Region
  • Establish and manage a Regional Delivery Office, related processes, and tracking tools that enable business leadership to drive value and efficiencies by monitoring initiative progress, supporting initiative owners, and removing barriers.
  • Plays a key role in overcoming road-blocks, providing focus and direction, driving and leverages best practices from other Cargill ACI/RTS programs.
  • Works with business to ensure capability and approach are in place to successfully implement the ACI approach, and benefits and value are captured relative to aspirational target setting.
  • In alignment with the TMO , maintain and manage regional ACI activities, value, priorities and team needs.
  • Drive culture change and relentless performance capabilities across regional deployments. Build and develop a highly performing team capable of deploying the ACI approach across multiple businesses.
  • Part of the ACI leadership team accountable for the overall ACI approach to drive deployment, best practice evaluation and incorporation into approach, tools and metrics.
  • Regional ownership for support team, and active in business steerco to assure support and progress across the value drivers in ACI.
  • Works with regional and business Finance team to assure value capture and metrics are in place.
  • Provides mentorship, coaching and development of regional team, and assures business resources are in place to support ACI activities.
  • Oversee and coordinate consultant spend associated with Business deep dive activities and business case development. Work with business to determine scope of external needs, coordination of specific activities, creating statement of work and clarity on accountabilities and success factors.

Required

  • Experience leading Accelerated Continuous Improvement, Recovery Transformation Services, Business Acceleration, Transformation Management Office, Delivery office or related transformational activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years of related business experience including commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, etc.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive leadership to enact change and perform at a high level.
  • Proven ability to connect business, functions and regions to drive overall performance.
  • Experience leading projects or process changes across a broad business.
  • Deep understanding of P/L management, and value levers.
  • Proven ability to integrate new concepts and processes across a business.
  • Ability to manage large scale project with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization to hold accountability.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop strong teams.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%.

Preferred

  • Experience with program-management software such as Clarizen and reporting tools.
  • Continuous Improvement/BA experience.
  • MBA, previous consulting experience in business transformations.
