Assist with all merchandising functions for Team Marketing Alliance. This would include logistics, buying, selling, originating, along with other possible activities.

    A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or one to two years related experience in the grain industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Involved in coordinating the logistical movement of trucks and rail for all grain in the TMA facilities in coordination with the train loader.
  • Set freight rates for movement of TMA grain.
  • Help plan and execute company merchandising goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for direct ship and farm purchase programs.
  • Work with grain originators on farm purchases.
  • Establish a farm bid pricing system and publish to TMA Grain Marketing Team.
  • Work with the Grain Marketing Team to establish end user relationship to add value for TMA.
  • Continually investigate best practices for grain logistics operations.
  • Originate non- TMA elevator bushels (farm and commercial).
  • Participate as a member of the Grain Marketing Team.
  • Involved in coordination of all daily merchandising functions.
  • Search out new markets as directed.
  • Involved in billing of rail transportation.
