We have just launched a new company called Civetta Therapeutics located in Cambridge, MA that was founded by William Sellers (Broad Institute and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and Eric Fischer (Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School). We are looking to engage a high-quality team of researchers to advance new medicines through small molecule intervention targeting propeller domains with the goal of developing important therapeutics for cancer and other indications. About the Founders:

William Sellers is a core institute member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, and faculty member and senior advisor to the president for experimental therapeutics at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Eric Fischer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology at Harvard Medical School and an Independent Investigator, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

PhD. in Biology or related field with post-doc and 5 years of industry experience Experience with early stage research program(s) to identify and validate novel targets Good communication skillsProvide input to peers and RAs Contributes to Civetta Therapeutics group strategic goals, solid understanding of relevant literatureIntegrity, collaboration, energy and drive
