We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiting & Sourcing Intern that is self-motivated and energetic to add to our team. We are located in Temperance, MIjust a few miles north of Toledo. This internship opportunity will provide you with practical, hands-on experience with HR along with recruiting and sourcing techniques, while assisting and working alongside the recruiting team.
We have one amazing culture built with all-stars, beyond open communication and amazing drive. We will work around your busy college schedule estimating 15-20 hours per week.  This is an unpaid internship for the first 3 months with the opportunity to move into a paid part-time role within the company after the internship is complete.
What you will be doing

  • Assist with sourcing (reaching out to potential candidates) for open positions
  • Support with writing and editing job descriptions
  • Research company names and create lists
  • Develop and create message templates to send to candidates
  • Support recruiting staff

What knowledge & experience you will gain

  • Understanding of recruitment strategies across the US
  • Knowledge of how client interactions and sales calls are handled
  • Understanding of various job boards and sources to recruit candidates
  • Job interview screening strategies and techniques

Job Requirements

  • Must be working towards a degree in HR and/or related field; ideally have completed 2 years of college
  • Strong writing skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Be a self-starter
  • Ability to work as part of a team
