YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The primary responsibilities of this role, Quality Engineer, are to: 
 

  • Establish the product knowledge to become a subject matter expert to support the highest quality products and the best services available in the crop protection industry;
  • Analyze feedback from CAM”s and Customer Operations along with data from Sales Force and GIMS to develop a strategic plan on emphasis areas to proactively focus on for the upcoming season to improve overall customer experience;
  • Partner with Production Planners and other internal stakeholders to develop a best management strategy for product rework focusing on value capture and overall customer satisfaction;
  • Support required follow up on US Customer Accommodation and Complaint samples;
  • In collaboration with Logistics Team”s support development of cross contamination mitigation processes for the Dicamba fleets as volumes ramp up and fleet size increases;
  • Provide Technical Support for Bulk Terminals and Transload Facilities to support the perfect order;
  • Provide customers with recommendations on best practices for cross contamination management;
  • Assist Customers with product handling challenges by ensuring equipment is configured correctly to the products physical properties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or related science field;
  • Related Experience: minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance or Chemical manufacturing required;
  • Core Competencies: Correctly analyze problems; think independently and develop imaginative and unique solutions to problems; deal effectively with changing situations and maintain composure in pressure or conflict situations;
  • Understands the requirements of the job and applies knowledge;
  • Evaluates and selects alternatives based on realistic limits and different perspective.
