Leadership Development Program (LDP) Internship – MBA Summer 2021

We are seeking highly motivated, mobile-minded, students ready to take their careers to the next level. Program Summary:
APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE TO FIRST YEAR MBA STUDENTS GRADUATING BETWEEN MAY 2022 AND AUGUST 2022.

  • As a highly motivated graduate student, you will participate in a 10 to 12-week internship based out of our Florham Park-NJ, Iselin-NJ, Charlotte-NC, Research Triangle Park-NC, Southfield-MI or Houston-TX offices.
  • Interns will complete various projects in their field of expertise, designed and planned to enhance your career development and deliver immediate value to BASF
  • Projects may include preparing operational plans, break-even analysis, acquisitions, and divestitures

    Qualifications – BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

    Formula for Success:

  • 1st year MBA students pursuing a career in General Management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience & maximum of 6 years’ work experience
  • Undergraduate Business or Technical Degree preferred (e.g. Chemistry, Engineering)
  • Demonstrated academic achievement
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Agility/Leadership potential
  • Ability to work in a technical environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Previous internship/co-op experience
