Provies technical support and problem resolution to customers and assists with the administration of various member and corporate information systems, infrasture, and hardware assigned to the unit


Provides technical support and problem resolution for information system customers.

Maintains and documents support activities through ticketing system.

Shares knowledge discovered and new resolutions found through creation or updating of knowledge base items.

Assists with the testing of new hardware and/or software.

Maintains current working knowledge of latest software, technology, and security trends.

Assists with maintaining security compliance by assisting with and/or monitoring the enforcement of GROWMARK security policies.

Responsible for troubleshooting and solving Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical issues.

Coordinates with other areas of IT to solve issues that have to escalate outside of the Service Desk.

Assists with maintaining hardware and software inventory.

Assits with the deployment, administration, updating, and/or operation of corporate and/or member information solutions.

Serves as a point of elevation for Associate Support Specialists.


Provides technical support and problem resolution for information system customers.

Provides client training regarding use of GROWMARK System standard hardware, software, and security practices.

Utilizes the IT Project Management tool and procedures for appropriate projects.

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.


Normally requires an Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science, or the equivalent thereof, and 2-4 years of IT releated work experience to demonstrate knowledge of information system technologies.

Requires at least 1 part of a technical related certification from CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a technical certification from a vendor or certifying authority that is pertinent to the GROWMARK System.

Frequently required to lift 21 – 50 lbs.:

Ability to work other than normal business days and hours.

Ability to travel independently and overnight and be assigned temporarily to client locations, technical conferences, training, etc.

Must obtain and maintain a Passport for support of Canadian operations.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
