CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for an Information Technology Intern to help support a variety projects that will range in scale and complexity. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be able to function in a team oriented environment with resource and time constraints.

You will:

  • Assist security/productivity team in executing on documented procedures to provide services to our business
  • Provide teamwork by supporting the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Aid in development of status and progress reports
  • Deliver positive, branded customer service to our business
  • Adhere to deadlines as determined by more senior resources
  • Operate within CHS IT standards to execute service delivery
  • Other work as assigned
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
  • Provide feedback to teams to continuously improve our processes and delivery timelines

Basic Qualifications: (required)

  • Currently enrolled in an Information Management, Computer Science or Cybersecurity degree program entering junior or senior year

Preferred qualifications: (desired)

  • Relevant experience supporting and delivering infrastructure or client technology capabilities (e.g. Helpdesk)
  • Experience with access provisioning, customer service, networking, computer/mobile device management
  • Computer, network or security certifications
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
