After a Successful Internship and College Graduation:
Join Land O’Lakes full-time as an Analyst on the Customer Insights & Analytics Team based in Arden Hills, MN
Further develop category management and analytical thought process, and support Field Sales with a set of Customers
Cover a route of Retail Supermarkets and/or Foodservice Operators
Begin the Land O’Lakes Sales Training Program providing you valuable tools and resources to build out your skills
The Land O’Lakes Mentor Program will expose you to future roles within the sales organization and begin to build the critical knowledge and skills required for those roles
A current Junior
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
Desire to pursue a career in Sales and Sales Management
