We are currently looking for an Ag Supervisor In-Training (Assistant Farm Manager) for our Sugar Rotational Development Program at our facilities in Belle Glade, Florida. We are looking for college graduates who are looking to gain professional experience in the Sugar Industry. The Agriculture Rotational Development Program is designed to expose you to variety of learning experiences in the field guided by professional management who will help develop your skills and practical knowledge in the field in preparation for a management role.

Florida Crystals provides a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes bonuses and transportation assistance. This position reports to the Director of Farming Operations.
Compensation is highly DOE, 55-62K+
Agronomy Areas of training will include:
SUGAR CANE: PLANTING, LAND PREP, GROWING, FARM SUPERVISION, VARIETIES, HARVESTING,
CANE QUALITY, ORGANIC, MILL WORK, EQUIPMENT, REPAIR SHOP, WATER CONTROL, FARM ACCOUNTING, STRATEGIC PLANNING, RESEARCH
BIOFUELS: OPERATIONS and RESEARCH
RICE: LAND PREP, PLANTING, WATER CONTROL, SCOUTING, HARVESTING, MILLING
• Have an above average GPA.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must be able to physically work in an industrial/farming environment.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record at all times. English required and Spanish preferred.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
