Your focus would be ensuring safe operations and to total customer satisfaction within the warehouse functions.
Additional focuses would be managing inventory and expenses, daily leadership of direct reports – driving performance and delivering results, forecasting, budgeting, product quality/knowledge, regulatory compliance and timely, safe delivery.
The cross functional team would be with the Area Operations Manager, EHS Management, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Customer Development Managers and Retail Development Managers.
Bachelor”s degree in Agriculture or Business related field.
Experience in warehousing/distribution, EHS, DOT and fleet management.
2 years experience managing people.
Leadership, coaching, management, communication skills
Must be organized with the ability to plan and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to provide solutions and demonstrate innovative thinking with excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
