• Understand the fundamentals of the agriculture industry including farm supplies, feed ingredients, and salt
  • Develop strong working relationships with CISCO’s customers and ag vendors
  • Partner with vendors and CISCO’s marketing staff to promote products and build sales
  • Assist customers with technical questions regarding the product lines managed
  • Manage inventory, keeping at proper levels to ensure excellent ROI and service levels
  • Keep up to date on new industry trends and products
  • Monitor price changes and product descriptions to ensure accuracy in order entry system
  • Attend seminars, dealer meetings, trade shows, etc. as needed
  • Assist and support CISCO’s sales staff
  • Provide support for CISCO’s annual trade show
  • Assist with development of yearly CISCO product catalog
  • Input orders from customers via telephone, fax, email
