RELOCATION IS PROVIDED. You will be focused on people, process and equipment along with the execution of the operations strategy in our edible bean facility. You will be a hands-on foreman, leading a small team (6-9 employees) while working side-by-side with them – extremely limited time behind a desk less than 5% of your time. You will lead all maintenance and reliability of equipment, ensuring routine cleaning and maintenance is done as well as in-the-moment repairs. You will also monitor compliance to SQF and HACCP plans.
