The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring and training people and has at least ten years’ experience leading sales strategy and customer relationships. Must be a proactive self-starter, organized and dependable; a natural communicator and team player, yet independently motivated. Experience in the pet food industry and/or livestock feed industry is preferred. Regional travel and occasional weekend work are expected. Relocation assistance to Cincinnati is negotiable.
