Crop Production Team Member

As a Crop Production Team Member at Peterson Farms your primary responsibility will be to assist the Operations team in tasks related to land management and production practices of corn, soybeans, wheat and industrial hemp.

Mechanic

The Mechanic’s role is a crucial position on the Peterson Farms’ team. The qualifying candidate will have mechanical knowledge of large equipment and a sound mechanical background. There is a wide range of equipment to be maintained including: pickup trucks, semi-trucks/trailers, tractors, combines, tillage equipment, small atvs, etc. This role will also require that the candidate be economically conscious in his/her decisions and maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Agronomist – Crop Scout

This role combines agronomy with data management and is extremely hands on. We are looking for a detail oriented and driven person who will be responsible for scouting crops, developing recommendations for operations, assisting with data analysis.
