Time & Attendance Manager The Time & Attendance Manager is responsible for oversight and governance of the Time & Attendance process, policies, pay practices and technology. The incumbent provides developmental and leadership support to the HR Time & Attendance Specialists and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state wage and hour regulations and supporting Bayer's product supply and manufacturing sites across the US. This role requires an extremely detailed orientated person with significant knowledge of workforce management, compensation, and payroll administration.
