Description Position at JBS USA Meat Procurement Manager Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Meat Procurement Manager for JBS Prepared Foods that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado . The Meat Procurement Manager will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain procurement of all protein raw materials to supply raw material to all JBS Prepared Foods Manufacturing Plants. This position will manage all administrative tasks surrounding procurement of raw materials and co-packers. Working with facility managers, supervisors, plant schedulers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to facilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. will work with suppliers to ensure timely and full delivery of orders at the right cost and right quality . This role will also work closely with Quality and R&D to ensure suppliers meat all requirements for food safety and specification adherence. The manager will play a strategic role supporting innovation and growth initiatives, while developing and implementing cost reduction and sourcing strategies, leading to competitive costs, improved quality, technology and consistent delivery performance.
