Sales Coordinator

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: JBS Fed Beef team is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to process orders and offer general sales support. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The Coordinator will be part of a team of about 40 people located in Greeley and 5 foreign offices: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and thrive on supporting a busy, fast-paced team. This role offers excellent growth potential!

Responsibilities:
  • Entry and management of beef sales orders
  • Coordinating the communication with our international offices
  • Order processing; coordination of orders from the sales side to scheduling, domestic logistics, international logistics, documentation, pricing, plants, corporate office in other areas
  • Ensuring order accuracy
  • General communication and coordination of orders/events
  • Handle all administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, customer visits, etc.)
  • Customer relationship management; first point of contact for customers
  • Work closely with sales, transportation, freezer, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience
  • Previous work experience with Data Entry, Customer Service, and International experience preferred
  • Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Cisco Meetingplace and SharePoint
  • Detail oriented/accuracy/organized
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international business partners, teams or customers
  • Fast paced environment, ability to multi task, and flexible to change
  • Ability to work additional hours required by team and customers
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $55,000-$70,000 BOE; and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
