Professional (+) (Fixed Term) Time Type: Full time Position Term: 12 Month Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Washington State Extension Coordinator is responsible for overseeing WSU Yakima County Extension program that works specifically for disabled farmers and farm workers. This includes planning and facilitating grant deliverables and coordinating and implementing programing. The co-coordinator is additionally responsible certifying grant deliverables upon completion of these requirements and keeping records for annual reports. Participation in webinars, conferences and continuing education is an expectation. This position is the liaison between WSU Yakima County Extension Faculty and the United States Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Required Qualifications:

Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment. Funding has been renewed successfully for several years and we expect funding to continue to be renewed.
