Job Description

Position Overview: The Associate Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects while adhering to strict deadlines and staying within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and cross-divisional teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Support in the application of building and other related permits.
  • Create project schedules, timelines, milestones, and track progress accordingly.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budget and expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Will have an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, self-motivation and operate with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience utilizing project management software preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Will have a proactive and collaborative approach to work.


Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field; and two to four years relevant industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
