Administrative Assistant II - Collection Point Procurement - Headland, AL
ADM - Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
  • Full compliance with ADM/Golden Peanut Employee Safety and Food Safety policies and guidelines, as well as industry regulations.
  • Assist in teaching buying point personnel computer skills associated with Peanut Program.
  • Assist in problem solving for the buying points.
  • Collect and report contract data.
  • Write Warehouse Receipts.
  • Assist with Redemptions of Warehouse Receipts.
  • Process Payments for Drying/Cleaning.
  • Enter Farmerstock transfers.
  • Verify and process payments for farmerstock freight payments.
  • Enter and pay deferred settlements.
  • Order and Invoice Seed
  • Assist with the scales.
  • Other duties assigned
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Some extended hours or weekend work may be required.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Communication of essential information to all parties concerned.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignments.
  • Further responsibilities include working collaboratively with commercial, production, administrative and management teams.
This position is located at our Headland, Alabama Shelling Plant.
