Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Ankeny Function: Customer & Product Support Title: Technical Information Specialist - 106972 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Technical Information Specialist for the Enterprise Technical Information Development (ETID) organization located in Des Moines, IA, you will provide technical and analytical leadership in the development of operational, maintenance, repair, installation, onscreen help, and diagnostic information by understanding product purposes, functions, and user requirements for Cotton products.
