Our dynamic, in-house Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting for several business units, with a focus on Advertising, Creative, Marketing and Sales roles. Our Recruiters ensure that The Wonderful Company is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally, with the proven ability to design and execute innovative and structured recruiting processes. This is a great opportunity to hone your recruiting skills, join a team with strong process and structure, and support enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. This is not a remote position. We are in our West LA headquarters three days per week (MTW) with the option to work remotely Thursdays and Fridays. Job Description
