Our dynamic, in-house Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting for several business units, with a focus on Advertising, Creative, Marketing and Sales roles. Our Recruiters ensure that The Wonderful Company is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally, with the proven ability to design and execute innovative and structured recruiting processes. This is a great opportunity to hone your recruiting skills, join a team with strong process and structure, and support enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.

This is not a remote position. We are in our West LA headquarters three days per week (MTW) with the option to work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.

Job Description
  • Drive the recruitment process for business leaders and hiring managers as the subject matter expert -- coaching and guiding the hiring teams throughout the process including sourcing strategy, interview guides, feedback forms, and debrief sessions
  • Screen, assess, and recommend talent for global positions across our portfolio of companies
  • Position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs
  • Engage passive talent and position The Wonderful Company as an 'employer of choice'
  • Leverage data and reporting to inform key stakeholders using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies and systems
Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years recruiting experience, executing full cycle recruitment, developing effective sourcing strategies, and identifying quality candidates - creative agency and sales experience preferred
  • Possess firm understanding of the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through Applicant Tracking systems
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and exceed client expectations
  • Ability to coach Hiring Managers on behavior-based interviewing best practices, facilitating recruitment meetings and interview debrief sessions
  • Knowledge of how to build talent pools via strategic sourcing plans using a varied array of tools and resources
  • BA/BS degree in business, communication or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
