SUMMARY Responsible for the product development and product demonstration formulations, as well as flavor application efforts across a wide variety of beverage formats, from powders and shots to juices and low-acidic protein drinks. Participate in ideation, laboratory, pilot and production scale experiments as well as analytical work to support the R&D activities and provide technical assistance to other departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Food Safety Responsible and required to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues; and empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work. Requirements Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software, including statistical/data analysis and report writing skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or other related field with at least 3 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role in a food/beverage manufacturing environment. Experience with product development formulation across all beverage categories, pilot plant experience, and carbonated beverage experience preferred. |
