Description Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced food scientist to join the USANA Research and Development team. This individual will be an integral part of a product team that oversees a product from conceptualization to scale up to market launch. Specifically, this scientist will be tasked with researching ingredients, selecting appropriate outside vendors, developing formulations, and working alongside various USANA team to develop high quality nutritional products, foods, and bars. In addition, this role is responsible for working with and directing suppliers on co-developing products that meet product claims and nutrition guidelines. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely organized, have high project management skills, be comfortable and confident in your knowledge and ability to make and follow through on your research decision, and work well with other cross functional teams.
