We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to be based on-site at our new location in Grain Valley, Missouri. This is a newer location where you will focus on sales growth, inventory management, and customer service. Although this is a newer location, we already have strong propane equipment sales in the area and are looking to expand our agricultural fertilizer application equipment selling to dealers, ag cooperatives and to farms directly.

Our ideal candidate brings:

  • Knowledge of agricultural and propane products and equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
  • Previous sales experience highly desired.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and related applications, as well as ERP order entry systems.
  • High School degree or GED required.
  • Ability to work every other Saturday for a half day during peak season.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist walk-in or phone customers with the proper product selection and use of products based on specific agronomic needs.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate retail bin and warehouse stock levels.
  • Assist in receiving, picking, packing & shipping customer and supplier parts.
  • Support branch manager and outside sales associates with other assigned tasks as required.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
