Salary : $67,032.00 - $96,504.00 Annually Location : Boulder County, CO Job Type: Full-time Job Number: 5517-1(RS2) Department: Parks and Open Space Division: AG Resources Opening Date: 04/30/2024 Closing Date: 5/13/2024 11:59 PM Mountain FLSA: Exempt Description Boulder County Parks and Open Space (POS) Department is seeking a Resource Specialist - Lease and Cropshare Coordinator.This role will work with multiple internal teams to coordinate the agricultural leasing process and track cropshare income and expenses. This role will also market cropshare commodities and will work with agricultural tenants to resolve leasing issues. This is a full-time, benefited position. This position will work Monday through Friday 8 - 4:30 or Monday through Thursday 8 - 5:30, with flexibility. This position will work out of Parks & Open Space located at 5201 St Vrain Road Longmont, Colorado. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is exempt. New employees receive an 80-hour bank of vacation at the time of hire, in addition to 8 hours of both vacation and medical leave accruals each month. Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work. Hiring Salary Range: $67, 032.00 - $81,768.00 Annually Tentative Hiring Timeline:

In this position, we are looking for a minimum of 6 years of combined education and experience in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Business, Paralegal, Agricultural property leasing, contract management, or closely related field.
