CROP WORKER LEVEL 1 In San Juan Bautista, California. Full-time, Non-Exempt What are you going to do? As a Crop Worker for Enza Zaden you will support with routine care of crops and trials at our Research and Development station (small-scale). You will participate in all crop care, seed extraction, cleaning, breeding activities all while promoting a healthy and safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Your power You are a dynamic person who takes initiative with some agriculture background, and the desire to grow in the seed Industry. You have strong planning and organization skills.

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, and other objective job-related factors.
