Description
N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world with the first and only irrigation-micro solution powered by gravity. N-Drip’s disruptive technology provides precise irrigation, producing higher yields while saving water, without adding energy or needing water filtration.

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a new member to join the team as a Customer Relations Manager in Graham County, AZ. Within this role, you will introduce, educate, and continually support the customer success of our decision support system. N-Drip Connect™ is a management tool that generates actionable insights regarding optimal irrigation and fertilization, based on real-time data taken from the root zone and other information sources.

This is a full-time, field-office hybrid role, with required travel. We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission, PTO, and health benefits. All work-related expenses are covered by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop business, and generate sales, by providing support and knowledge of irrigation products to customers.
  • To develop and implement regional sales to support the organization’s sales plans and
  • budget.
  • To develop and maintain close customer relations with farmers by providing professional
  • service and advice on company products.
  • To be responsible for marketing services to N-Drip customers in the region.
  • To arrange and coordinate various technical and marketing activities, these may include field
  • days, farmer meetings, demonstration trials, and trial sites.
  • To act as the liaison between the company and farmers to organize trial programs and assist
  • with analyzing and reporting results
  • To give daily status reports
  • To Provide sales reports
Education & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical service or technical support-related role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in IT, Engineering, Agronomy, Precision Agriculture Equipment, Computer Science, or related technical areas.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience and integration of new technologies.
  • Previous sales, business development, or account management experience.
Requirements:
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Flexible and accessible to assist others, with a positive attitude and strong service orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with multiple teams and locations.
  • Strong intrapersonal communication, decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and analysis. Utilization of CRM, SAAS, data science, and data analytic systems.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside in all seasons.
  • Providing clear and collaborative communication to both US and Israeli operations. On-call working availability to support global company operations.
  • Valid Driver's License
