WELCOME TO ROGITEX, a Canadian-based company operating out of Montreal, Qc. We are a 40-year-old family business that successfully redirected its operations in agriculture several years ago with the intention to direct its efforts towards supporting sustainable farming through the products and services it offers the industry. We have helped growers achieve yield increases between 30 to 50%, as well we have helped growers reduce their fertilizer costs by reducing their input needs from 30 to 50% without affecting yields.

We’re hiring a REGIONAL SALES AGRONOMIST; in this role, you will be working remotely and traveling frequently, visiting both organic and conventional growers across mainly California and Arizona. You will primarily focus on prospecting for new customers working directly with growers and farmers to improve soil health.  You will be working with our main flagship product, Humic Land, which is a highly water-soluble OMRI-listed soil amendment containing high humic acids and fulvic acids, in addition to many other products in our portfolio. You will also work to build trial programs with new customers. This role reports to the Owner, who is based in Canada.  We currently are a team of 5 representing Rogitex on the market.

The products Rogitex offers to the market are specifically chosen and/or developed with the primary goal of helping growers improve their growing operations while reducing the need for chemical inputs. Amongst our products is a soil amendment that has a proven track record of building soil structure, increasing moisture retention, and improving nutrient cycling; biologicals that help growers counter insect pressures using predatorial insects and will soon be introducing a range of soluble extracts, offering organic and conventional growers alike new options to deliver nutrients to the plants. Additionally, we offer various soil testing that permits the tracking of growers’ soil health. We are committed to helping growers and farmers improve the quality of their soil to produce better crops and maximize their ROI.

We offer a competitive base salary along with commissions on sales, car allowance, and all expenses paid.
