Description

N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world with the first and only irrigation-micro solution powered by gravity. N-Drip’s disruptive technology provides precise irrigation, producing higher yields while saving water, without adding energy or needing water filtration.  

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a new member to join the team as a Customer Success Manager. Within this role, you will introduce, educate, and continually support the customer success of our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™.   

N-Drip Connect™ is a management tool that generates actionable insights regarding optimal irrigation and fertilization, based on real-time data taken from the root zone and other information sources. 

This is a full-time, field-office hybrid role, with required travel. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, and health benefits. All work-related expenses are covered by the company.   

Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.  
  • Understanding customer needs, identify challenges, and find solutions that meet their business requirements. 
  • Onboarding and orientation of new clients to the N-Drip Connect™ system. This includes conducting training sessions, providing technical support, enrollment and customization of their accounts. 
  • Being responsible for user retention by identifying opportunities for clients to get the most ROI on N-Drip Connect, and ensuring they continue to use the product over time. 
  • Ensure that our web and mobile decision support system is up-to-date and providing the best possible value to farmers.  
  • Work with the agronomic team to gather data from the field, ensure that the system is optimized to provide the most relevant insights, and that any necessary updates are made in a timely manner.  
  • Identify, monitor, and track alerts of re-occurring and ongoing issues. 
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support throughout the United States, not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nebraska.   

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical service or technical support related role. 
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in IT, Engineering, Agronomy, Agriculture Equipment, Computer Science, or related technical areas.     
  • Technical troubleshooting experience with AI precision ag, or similar technologies and software. 

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and integrate new technologies and learn quickly.    
  • Flexible and accessible to assist others, with a positive attitude and strong service orientation. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with multiple teams and locations.  
  • Strong intrapersonal communication, decision making, prioritization and problem-solving skills. 
  • Advanced computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and analysis. 
  • Technical support experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems. 
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Utilization of CRM, SAAS, data science, and data analytic systems.  
  • Ability and willingness to work outside in all seasons. 
  • Providing clear and collaborative communication to both US and Israel operations. 
  • On-call working availability to support global company operations. 
  • Valid Driver's License
