What you would be doing: The Marketing Product Specialist (MPS) is responsible for supporting the profitable growth of AGCO’s North America whole-good business. Their primary focus is to lead corporate training, communicate product information and sales process directly to the field and indirectly to dealer sales personnel.
Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or other appropriate discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience at AGCO or related experience with demonstrated understanding of Sales, Marketing, Product Development or Finance functions within Capital Goods industry. Preference for this position will be for a high level of mechanical proficiency. The position will require the use of hand tools and lifting items in excess of 50 pounds.
A little about the business: Greenfield Farms, Inc. is a small family farm located by Nevada Iowa. The farm is involved with seedcorn production practices which include spraying, machine detasseling, and picking/harvesting. Commercial corn and soybean grain production is also a focus area. What you would be doing: We are currently looking for a Full-Time Year Round Farm Equipment Operator to operate a newer line of tractors, combines, sprayers and other heavy equipment.
Qualifications: Communication skills, able to work with others and communicate field conditions or machinery symptoms and keep others informed of daily progress. CDL preferred but not required, ability to obtain. Flexibility to work around weather related constraints

What you would be doing: We are currently looking for a Sales and Design Engineer to join our Billings, MT team. The position will involve outside sales with travel on-site to farms and agribusiness operations up to 150 miles away from Billings. We are looking for an internally driven individual with strong sales and business development talent to proactively build long-term, profitable relationships selling our Valley center pivot, linear and corner irrigation systems and farm equipment. This role is responsible for both direct sales, origination of new business and project management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, biosystems engineering, agribusiness administration or related field. Understanding of farming, agriculture, irrigation or related fields preferred.

What you would be doing: In this role you will be leading the efforts in procurement and ultimately driving long term reduction in cost of goods while ensuring uninterrupted supply. You would be interacting internally across the organization and with the CEO on understanding forecasted sales, inventory levels and quality. You will be developing relationships with vendors while maximizing volume discounts, effectively negotiating agreements and optimizing rebates/refund programs. This role reports to the CEO.
Qualifications: 5+ years’ procurement experience; strongly preferred in tire industry or relatable industry where rebates/refund programs are prevalent with suppliers. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business administration, supply chain management, finance or relatable field. Natural ability to be a tough negotiator.
A little about the business: We are passionately focused on growing high quality and high value specially crops in northeastern Colorado and southwestern Nebraska. These crops include kidney beans, popcorn, organic forages and grain, and conventional grains in rotation all under center pivot irrigation. We’ve grown our organization significantly the past several years and are continuing our growth in acres. We pride ourselves in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with customers, custom farmers, and suppliers. We have a leadership style that is always focused on continuous improvement and building a team of problem-solvers.
What you would be doing: In this role you will be focusing a large majority of your time developing and executing a plan for growing high quality and high yield crops (65-70% of time) while leading, coaching and coordinating the team which consists of 8 full-time operators plus seasonal employees. You would be working closely with the owners and controller being part of leadership team defining strategy, resource planning, and short/long term goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in agronomy, crop and soil sciences, agriculture, agribusiness, plant pathology and/or related field. Minimum 8+ years of agronomy experience and management experience. Center pivot experience with a plus of having irrigated more sensitive specialty crops. Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) nice-to-have, not required.
