What you would be doing: We’re hiring a Regulatory Analyst and State Registration Coordinator to primarily be responsible for managing all state level registrations and reporting for pesticides and fertilizers. The position will also serve a supporting role in overall regulatory responsibilities.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Regulatory Affairs, Technical Writing, Business/Management will be considered. Minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training with a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree

What you would be doing: We are currently looking for a full-time year-round Farm Equipment Operator for our operation in Monrovia, IN. In this role you will work alongside the owner to assist in a wide variety of tasks from operating farm equipment to driving trucks, to maintenance, and other farm duties.
Qualifications: Experience in agriculture, farming, and or heavy equipment. Good mechanical ability. Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work independently. Must have a valid driver’s license, Class A CDL a plus. Must be able to work extended hours during peak season especially during plant in the spring and harvest in the fall.

What you would be doing: Support CPI’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Manages Grain and Agronomy production and distribution operations for the location in a manner that will optimize CPI’s market share and savings, improve efficiency, resulting in outstanding customer service. Ensures compliance with CPI policies, regulations, procedures, and practices including all local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three years related experience, or a minimum of four years or more related experience and/or training with agricultural commodities and material handling equipment. Valid Class A CDL with Tanker, Doubles, and HazMat Endorsements.

Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills when assisting employees/manager. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. High School/GED Equivalent. Bilingual preferred but not necessary.

What you would be doing: Manage 15-20 staff members. Arrange shipments of stock to other facilities and labs. Set quality standards and ensure these standards are maintained in stock and production. Schedule crops to meet orders and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding the status of TC crops.
Qualifications: Applicable bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years related tissue culture lab experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff, colleagues, management and outside contacts. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Positive initiative and self-motivation. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects independently.
