What you would be doing: Support CPI’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Responsible for grain and agronomy operations. Complete required facility maintenance and repair at the location. Ensures compliance with CPI policies, regulations, procedures, and practices including all local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required: Valid Class A CDL with Tanker, Doubles, and HazMat Endorsements or have the knowledge, skill and ability to attain the required Class A CDL with endorsements within 90 days of hire.

In this role you will be interactive with our customers both in understanding their tree care concerns as well as ensuring they understand the full line of services we can provide.

What you would be doing: We are currently looking for multiple employees to fulfill the duties of Farm Operator – Mechanic – Applicator to join our operation in Colby, KS. In this role you will be performing duties based on your experience and skills. From operating farm and heavy equipment to performing maintenance and repairs to assisting in all areas of the farm, we are looking for someone who takes pride in what they do.
Qualifications: Prior experience operating, maintaining or repairing heavy equipment, farm equipment or agriculture equipment. CDL preferred or a willingness to obtain. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong personal motivation along with strong moral values and a commitment to the betterment of the operation. Ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
A little about the business: We’re a fully integrated turkey farm located in Orefield, Pennsylvania (10 miles from Allentown): breeding, hatching, growing, processing and marketing our turkeys. All Jaindl turkeys are fed farm fresh feed from grains including corn and soybeans, which are grown on 12,000 acres of prime farmland owned by the Jaindl family. These grains are made into fresh feed for the turkeys in Jaindl’s feed mill which is located on the farm.
What you would be doing: We’re hiring for a full-time Flock Service Manager who is responsible for supervising teams that perform the vaccinations, safe transfer of bird throughout all stages of growth and end cycle removal. Although this position will require flexibility to manage all areas of Bird Service, this position will be required to be the functional lead on all vaccinations performed by the Bird Services team. This position requires a level of leadership that will focus on building/maintaining a quality and efficient team.
Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in poultry industry. Technical knowledge of Bio-security and Food Safety. Passionate about the agriculture industry and enjoy variety in your daily work. Have experience working directly with poultry.

What you would be doing: As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Central Valley Ag, under limited supervision, you will work with the general ledger, perform account analysis, reconciliations, process full cycle of accounts payable and maintain organization of accounts payable system (including accounting software, database tracking and vendor files).
Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two years’ experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable required.
