What you would be doing: The Administrative Assistant provides support for sales activities in Kannapolis, NC. The office staff may be comprised of personnel from sales, food service and marketing. Major responsibilities include, answering the phone and routing to proper person, ordering POS materials or other customer requested items, maintain filing system in compliance with company records retention policy, and more.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with superiors, co-workers from other offices, and various customers and carriers who call /email office each day.
A little about the business: North Central Irrigation Inc. has served Wisconsin’s irrigation and wastewater needs since 1966 with 2 locations – Beloit, WI and Plainfield, WI. What you would be doing: You will perform multiple tasks including but not limited to welding, fabricating, and installing irrigation parts and equipment.
Qualifications: Ability to weld steel and aluminum with TIG, MIG, and arc welder. Able to design and fabricate pump discharge assemblies and water hookups using 6” and 8” aluminum and steel pipe and flanges. Able to use torch and plasma cutter. Great accountability, problem solving skills, and motivation. High School Diploma required. Certified Welding Program Certification or equivalent experience required. Ability to handle steel and aluminum pipes, lift up to 80 pounds and work outside in the elements (rain, snow, wind, cold, and hot weather). Must have or ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

What you would be doing: Under the direction of the Director of Growing, the Grower Manager is responsible for ensuring that crops are delivered on time, at or above the planned quantity, and according to internal specifications. The position requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure that a variety of crops develop per existing best practices. Among other duties, the Grower Manager utilize their team of Section Growers to determine irrigation needs, analyze media, scout for insects and disease, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Horticulture, Plant Health, or a closely related field. A flexible work schedule to include some weekends. Willingness to live and work from north central Ohio area.

What you would be doing: Coordinate engineering changes across all Parts Division departments and manage changeover process. Oversee and lead the new product introductions from the time it becomes an approved project through full production. Work with all functional groups to identify needs and possible process improvements. Coordinate all requirements for field resolution issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agribusiness, or supply chain required. A minimum of 3 years experience in project management, product development, purchasing or industrial operations. Certification in project management, lean principles or 6 sigma preferred.
