Facility Operations Manager for Hansen-Mueller Co.

A little about the business: Hansen-Mueller Co. provides grain merchandising and commodity trading for corn, soybeans, wheat and oats as well as other feed ingredients and byproducts.  Hansen Mueller Co. is a growing company with 19 mills and elevators in the United States.

What you would be doing: As a Facility Manager, at our Superior, Wisconsin location, you will plan, assign and direct day-to-day operations by evaluating the efficiency, implementing improvements and controlling expenses in accordance to Hansen-Mueller Co.’s objectives. You will work directly with the Regional Manager to protect and safely increase the value of inventory, capital, and personnel.  This location mainly focuses on the movement of durum wheat and oats and stores over 3 million bushels. You will be leading a team of 4-5 employees.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of agriculture, farming, and grain experience. Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Food Science or related field preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Tree Care Technician for Turf Care Enterprises

In this role you will be interactive with our customers both in understanding their tree care concerns as well as ensuring they understand the full line of services we can provide. 

Qualifications: Whether you have experience in the green, landscape and/or tree care industry or not, we would like to talk to you. Our preference is to candidates who bring prior tree, horticulture and/or plant care experience, but we are very open to training the right individuals. For training you will work closely with the other tree care technicians, arborists and managers to learn about our natural and holistic tree and shrub care strategy.
