A little about the business: Hansen-Mueller Co. provides grain merchandising and commodity trading for corn, soybeans, wheat and oats as well as other feed ingredients and byproducts. Hansen Mueller Co. is a growing company with 19 mills and elevators in the United States.
What you would be doing: As a Facility Manager, at our Superior, Wisconsin location, you will plan, assign and direct day-to-day operations by evaluating the efficiency, implementing improvements and controlling expenses in accordance to Hansen-Mueller Co.’s objectives. You will work directly with the Regional Manager to protect and safely increase the value of inventory, capital, and personnel. This location mainly focuses on the movement of durum wheat and oats and stores over 3 million bushels. You will be leading a team of 4-5 employees.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of agriculture, farming, and grain experience. Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Food Science or related field preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

What you would be doing: We’re hiring Tree Care Technicians in Barrington, IL to perform tree and shrub health care operations, identify and diagnose tree and shrub issues, apply fertilization and control spray applications, perform tree injections, and provide other related tree and shrub care services. In this role you will be interactive with our customers both in understanding their tree care concerns as well as ensuring they understand the full line of services we can provide.
Qualifications: Whether you have experience in the green, landscape and/or tree care industry or not, we would like to talk to you. Our preference is to candidates who bring prior tree, horticulture and/or plant care experience, but we are very open to training the right individuals. For training you will work closely with the other tree care technicians, arborists and managers to learn about our natural and holistic tree and shrub care strategy.

What you would be doing: You will assist both new and existing swine producers, equipment dealers and builders to achieve production and facility goals through the incorporation of Farmweld equipment.
Qualifications: Hold a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business or related field; and/or three plus years swine/hog industry experience along with sales experience. Have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal). Are a team player, comfortable interacting with all types of professionals, technical staff and customers. Are super organizational skills – this person must be self-motivated, energetic and skilled at prioritizing to handle multiple tasks. Have a constant desire to learn.

What you would be doing: Responsible for prompt feed delivery in bulk, bag or liquid. Performs daily truck inspections and documentation. Maintains and services feed truck to make sure it is in proper working order. Assists in monitoring inventories of bulk, liquid and bagged feed. Helps with physical inventories of feed products.
