What you would be doing: As the Service Manager you will be responsible for managing all service operations for both the Sublette and Plains locations focusing on efficient service operations, quality and customer service. You will schedule and prioritize work flow, interact directly with customers on a daily basis and coach team members to maximize performance of the department. This is a hands-on management role where you will be working alongside your service techs 50% of the time working on equipment. You will be leading a team of 3-4 service technicians who cover a radius of 50-60 miles from the location and will be reporting to the Store Location Manager.
Qualifications: Have prior mechanical background in electrical components either in center pivot irrigation, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment or relatable industrial equipment. Welding preferred, not required. Enjoy a role with direct customer interaction and have proven ability to work calmly under pressure. Focus on continuous improvement initiatives and enjoy improving practices and processes for increased efficiency.
A little about the business: Ag Partners provides products, services and market access in the areas of grain, agronomy, feed and petroleum. Formed in 1997, the company represents a joint venture between Alceco, an Iowa cooperative, and Cargill. The company’s locations include retail and wholesale agronomy outlets, grain facilities and feed mills throughout Iowa.
What you would be doing: Assist the MSR with all administrative duties related to grain contracting, including, but not limited to, performing data entry for all purchase contracts in accounting system and managing contract mailing. Perform entering of CRM contracts in ExtraCense from start to finish. Call on individuals on the 30 day listing, generate and provide list of Basis to be rolled & NBE to be rolled. Inform customers via phone and in person of information released on key crop report days.

This Arizona based company grows various varieties of cannabis and manufactures a large catalog of products, sold directly to both consumers and wholesale.
What you would be doing: You will be leading your team of directors as well as working closely across the organization to design, implement and execute profitable, sustainable and rewarding strategies for the company. You will be focused on establishing standard processes and key performance indicators communicating progress both up and down the organization.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, Agri-business, Engineering, Plant and Soil Sciences, or equivalent job experience. 10+ years in production/operations management in production/food/industrial facilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization. Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening.

What you would be doing: The CFO partners with the CEO and Centerra’s managers to increase profitability and the long-term ability of the Co-op to service customers. The CFO must rely upon strong business and financial management experience in grain and agronomy, and knowledge of ERP and linked software programs to succeed in this position.
Qualifications: 10 years or more of experience in finance related positions. Experience with handling the financial analysis functions in multiple business units with multiple locations is a must. Experience implementing ERP and other software program changes is a must. Financial experience with a cooperative, grain, or logistics company is a plus.

What you would be doing: The Sales Agronomist role is responsible for managing and growing sales with an assigned customer base of current and prospective customers, developing relationships with customers. The Sales Agronomist is responsible for promotion and sales of all agronomy products and services offered from Agtegra Cooperative.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Agronomy or Agriculture preferred with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the agronomic industry in seed, crop protection/nutrients; or 5-6 years of sales experience in the agronomic industry in seed, crop protection/nutrients, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Crop Advisor Certification and CDL beneficial. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical data, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
