What you would be doing: Responsible for overall maintenance of layer barns and all associated buildings/structures. Manage daily/weekly/monthly/annual layer site maintenance. Set up and maintain structured preventative maintenance schedule for layer houses and outside maintenance. Support annual maintenance budget process for layer houses and outside maintenance departments. Manage parts, supplies, inventory, and ordering to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Qualifications: Five (5) years’ experience with plumbing, electrical and mechanical building operations. Operation of heavy equipment, including a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record for insurance purposes. Knowledge and application of Biosecurity Protocols.

What you would be doing: Report to the General Product Support Manager (GPSM) with full responsibilities for the overall success of the branch operations, from direct oversight of the parts and service team to the final monthly and annual P&L statements. Assist the GPSM in the development of annual budgets for their areas of responsibilities and communicating progress and results with the team on a consistent basis.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics/Business or 3-5 years of previous equipment, ag, or turf business product support (aftersales) management. Strong financial aptitude, understanding business reports, recognizing key drivers for sustainable profitability. Understand gross margin (profit), service recovery, parts turns, etc. Proven background of increasing revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction.
A little about the business: In the heart of the lovely Paso Robles wine country lies the beautiful Pasolivo ranch. What you would be doing: This position will report directly to the Orchard Manager. As Assistant Orchard Manager, you will be working in the orchard on a daily basis and assisting the Orchard Manager with making sure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires speaking English and Spanish.
Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, Experience working in an Orchard a plus, Experience in managing people required, Must be able to work outdoors 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, High School Diploma or GED equivalent

What you would be doing: Provides above average customer service. Perform welding, cutting and fabrication. Able to perform outside maintenance and operations. Documentation of maintenance according to OSHA Standards. Perform preventative maintenance, including daily, weekly and monthly checks on all running equipment. Comply with all company housekeeping standards.
Qualifications: Agricultural Experience Preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to minimum height of 36″.

What you would be doing: The Field Scout enables healthy crop development by providing the scouting, sampling, and data collection needed to make informed growing decisions on the farm.
Qualifications: A private applicators license or the ability to get one. A basic level of proficiency with technology, like handheld scouting devices. Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate sampling and reporting. Basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate counts. Experience operating farm equipment is a plus. Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations a plus.
