What you would be doing: In this position you will manage Grain and Agronomy production and distribution operations for the location in a manner that will optimize CPI’s market share and savings, improve efficiency, resulting in outstanding customer service. Support CPI’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Ensure compliance with CPI policies, regulations, procedures, and practices including all local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three years related experience, or a minimum of four years or more related experience and/or training with agricultural commodities and material handling equipment. An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

What you would be doing: The National Director, American Humane Farm Program serves as program leader for the first and largest third-party farm animal welfare audit program in the nation, the American Humane Certified program, under American Humane’s Farm Program. The person in this position is responsible for driving program growth, recruiting new producers and broadening program reach while maintaining strong relationships with existing certified producers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in related field preferred. Ability to run a successful business or program, including budget management required. Diversity of marketing and sales experience strongly desired. Additional experience in some or all of the following fields highly preferred: agricultural animal health and welfare, agriculture industry (including allied groups), food supply chain, government (state or national), principles and practices associated with animal welfare including animal husbandry or humane education.

What you would be doing: Insure equipment is operating in a safe and optimal manner. Effectively troubleshoot and repair all equipment in an expert manner. Carry out preventative maintenance efficiently and expertly. Interact with production, co-workers and vendors/contractors in an efficient, safe, and professional manner.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform work at a Journeyman Level, which would constitute advancement to a Journeyman position. Must be familiar with centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, and progressive cavity pumps, understand gear ratios and speeds, use hand and operate power tools. Must be able to perform quality welds in an overhead, vertical and horizontal position using MIG, TIG and ARC and more.

What you would be doing: The Designer/Detailer-Structures is responsible for the Solid Modeling, Design and Detailing of GSI Structures
Qualifications: Associates Degree in Design or Drafting preferred. Structural Steel Detailing experience preferred. Proficiency in Solid Modeling required – experience with PTC/Creo 3D modeling preferred. Microsoft Office Proficiency required. Ability to work with a cross functional team. Self-starter capable of working in a fast paced, customer order driven environment, expected to meet timelines with little input from management. Must be very detail oriented with high standard of Quality.

What you would be doing: Incumbent controls the operation of the main Center entry/exit and monitors all traffic coming into and leaving the Center. Is responsible for greeting and screening all visitors, issuing badges/passes for access to the Center, provide directions or escort responsibility, and notifies relevant staff of visitor presence.
Qualifications: Competition for Security Guard positions is restricted by law to persons entitled to veterans’ preference as long as such applicants are available for appointment. This position is temporary, has a Not-to-Exceed date and will be filled for up to 6 months.
