What you would be doing: Responsible for the design and development of internationally sourced whole goods. Responsible for creating product specification and configuration information in release systems. Assigns work to drafter’s, product designers, lab test, and field test.
Qualifications: Education: B.S. Engineering degree or equivalent required. Working knowledge of Pro-E or similar 3D CAD Software. Good overall knowledge of farm equipment and international experience is a plus.

What you would be doing: Construct and maintain detailed financial/operating models for existing and potential investments. Compile and summarize relevant industry information. Contribute to investment memoranda and investment committee presentations. Assist in preparation and execution of investment documentation and loan closings. Monitor compliance with credit agreements and track actual performance to budget. Provide general support to team of Managing Directors. Support the valuation and reporting process.
Qualifications: Agribusiness Experience Required. Undergraduate degree preferably in finance, economics or other quantitative field. 5 years of credit analysis experience. Knowledge and understanding of food, agriculture or other agribusiness sectors. Strong financial analysis skills with extensive financial modeling experience in Excel.

What you would be doing: Provide quality repairs on agricultural equipment. This position will diagnose, troubleshoot & work on various hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive systems, diesel engines, and general mechanical issues. This position is required to work closely as a team with other technicians, parts employees and the Service Supervisor.
Qualifications: Three to Five years’ experience in the agricultural equipment repair/rebuild field preferred. In-depth knowledge of agriculture equipment components and systems. Mechanical aptitude. High school graduate.
